01 / Spring – Fall

Rough & Finish Grading

We move earth with precision — correcting slope, building subgrade, and creating a stable base for whatever comes next, from turf to hardscape.

  • Laser-assisted grade checks for proper pitch and drainage
  • Compaction in lifts to prevent settling
  • Topsoil stripping, stockpiling, and re-spreading
  • Final broom finish ready for seed, sod, or stone
02 / Spring – Fall

Trenching & Drainage

Wet yards, soggy foundations, and standing water get solved underground. We trench, install pipe, and backfill with the right aggregate for long-term flow.

  • French drain and curtain drain installation
  • Downspout and sump-pump discharge lines
  • Catch basin and pop-up emitter placement
  • Utility and irrigation line trenching
03 / Year-round

Site Prep & Small Demolition

Before the build starts, the site has to be right. We clear old patios, sheds, brush, and debris so the next phase has a clean slate.

  • Concrete and asphalt breakup and haul-off
  • Shed, deck, and fence removal
  • Brush clearing and stump grinding coordination
  • Erosion control and silt fence install
04 / Spring – Fall

Material Hauling & Placement

Our compact track loader moves gravel, sand, topsoil, and mulch exactly where it needs to go — no hand-bombing, no wasted material.

  • Delivery and placement of aggregate, soil, and mulch
  • Backfill behind retaining walls and around utilities
  • Spreading and leveling for large beds and lawns
  • Cleanup and contouring after the material is down
05 / Spring – Fall

Final Grade & Seed/Sod Prep

The last pass is what the homeowner sees. We leave a smooth, seeded or sod-ready surface with edges that tie cleanly into beds and hardscape.

  • Fine grading and rock removal
  • Topsoil amendment and raking
  • Seed or sod bed preparation
  • Straw blanket or erosion mat placement on slopes
